Property Description

Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):

The property is riverside on route 9W.  Farmer Jack Baldwin recently passed away leaving the farm to his widow who just turned 94.  I am interested in partnering up with someone who can farm the property while I run an onsite bed and breakfast.  Mrs. Baldwin would like to remain on the farm which is fine with me.  She would like to see the farm remain in working order.  The farm and house would eventually be owned by myself and whoever I partner with.  It is a beautiful spot and there are several real estate agents interest in developing it.  Mrs. Baldwin does not want to sell to developers.  There is a drip down irrigation system in good working order.

Farm history / past uses of the property:

Organic for the past 35 years, Jaxberry produces several types of berries, asparagus, and lettuce.  There are several greenhouse hoop tent sturctures which need some work.
