I'm the resident farmer supplying herbs and fruits for Uncouth Vermouth. I'm an avid forager and fermenter and am soon to be releasing my own line of wines made from invasive plants as well as ciders and meads.

Selling interesting ferments through the farmers markets, directly to resturants and wine shops.

I've been working for/working with folks farming on and off since 2010. I've been apart of cooperative farms, and worked with two close friends incubating a farm/business called Harvest Roots Ferments on a grant funded property in Alabama during 2013-2015. I currently live on a farm in Lake Katrine, NY where we grow a diversity of herbs, fruits, and vegetables for use in beverages produced on site by Uncouth Vermouth and Physic Ferments.
