Description of farming status, plans, and practices:

James grows mostly vegetables for direct sale to restaurants, both in California on Flora Bella Farm and New York on Clifton Point Farm. Those vegetables are certified organic, and James is interested in heritage grain production as well as potentially considering expanding to livestock in the future. He has farmers' market experience in CA, but plans to only sell directly to restaurants in NYC.  Currently he is developing a farm with his partners who are opening a restaurant in Manhattan which focuses on quality organic ingredients.
