Farming Status and Plans

Description of farming status, plans, and practices:

Dig Inn Seasonal Market is a restaurant group built on a farm-driven supply chain and culinary excellence in our kitchens. As we've grown, we've invested and innovated in these two fundamental pillars. We desire to start farming to create a living lab for growing food—a place to train farmers and chefs, and model our definition of sustainability. Our onsite Research & Development team will work with fresh heirloom produce to create vegetable-forward dishes. Mostly we want to cultivate a community—of families, schools, local organizations, farmers, and chefs—around a space that inspires, excites, and transforms the future of food.
