our farm is an active, year round berry, vegetable and cut flower farm. We sell our produce at the successful farm store located on the property, on a major north-south highway . The farm store has a dedicated clientele that expects and receives high quality produce grown on the farm, along with a wide array of local food products. The farm has four high tunnels and one greenhouse. The farm also sells produce at one weekly regional farmers market and to local restaurants. Owners want to phase out of some aspects of the farm and wish to rent out the farm store, Perhaps a high tunnel or two, and crop land. Owners want to continue growing berries and tomatoes and marketing to the farmers market and restaurants. The farm store has a potable well that also serves the greenhouse and high tunnels. Preferences and restrictions on agricultural activities:
Owners wish to continue to grow some things and participate in other marketing channels, so will be co-using some of the facilities in the short and medium term. We have some neighbors that would necessitate setbacks for certain animal production.
