The property is not currently being used for farming.  It had previously been used by cow farmers and for hay.  It is not flat but there is the possibility that an additional 40 acres of flat land will be available.  No chemicals have been used on the soil so it may work for organic produce.

The farm has only been used to grow hay to date. If we acquire the right to farm another 40 acres that are next door, other crops are more likely because the additional acreage is mostly flat (unlike our 20 acres).  Types of livestock would have to be discussed.
