Open grazing/pasture land with existing apiary on small portion of property. 4 horse barn with electricity and water with adjacent fenced grazing fields. There is a small pond and streams in the wooded area of the property and extensive horse trails.

The property has primarily been used for private residence but we want to have the fields and horse barn and trails put to productive use so interested in finding a farmer(s) to lease roughly 10 acres for small crops, ornamental/Christmas trees, livestock and horses. We cannot offer housing to the farmer unfortunately, but Hudson is closeby.
