The landowners are open to a long or short term lease arrangements. Preference will be given to experienced farmers, but open to working on a short term lease for a start up business. Uses of the property could include:

- Expansion of existing orchard
- Silvopasture

The owners will continue to live on the farm and at this point are not looking to sell the property. This farm is protected with a conservation easement through the Orange County Land Trust and therefore is not a candidate for development.
