Farm history / past uses of the property:

this is a national bicentennial farm, owned by this family since 1770, in 1997 a formal partnership was formed between myself,  and my husband, brother and sister in law, and father and mother in law. we were a successful dairy farm weathering the ups and downs of this business, in 2009 our son who was an important part of the business and the future was killed in a snowmobile accident, two weeks later my fatherinlaw died of a broken heart,we just completed a buyout of my brother and sister in laws interests, my motherinlaws interest is in a trust, we would like to see hows here forever, but realize we cant do it alone, within a few months we will have finalized the selling of our development rights to columbia land conservancy
