The property straddles Darwin Road and slopes to the south. The property has been under organic management for over 20 years. There are approximately 2.5 acres of mature blueberries and 2.5 acres of wine grapes. Structures include a 2 bedroom house, a barn and a winery building. There is a pond and stream associated with an area of wetland in the southeast corner of the property. The northwest boundary is wooded. Sloping cropland is currently in hay which is harvested by a neighboring farm.
