Currently a small community with 6 members on 3 homesteads.  About 10 acres are currently hayed, 2 acre orchard, 25 acres of woods, and some old dairy pasture that's partly overgrown but could be cleared. 
 

Farm history / past uses of the property:

It was a dairy farm from the 1790s with about 30 cows, but since the 80's has been mostly just hay.
