Property Description

Soil types:

PTB and other good soils

Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):

The property was previously used to pasture cattle. Now there is a small section about 20 acres that has been hayed consistently. The property may need to be brush hogged or mowed prior to use. Vast majority of the land is open and ready to be farmed. Mostly fenced in due to having cattle here before. Would be perfect for a goat or sheep farmer. We do have some portable houses that we would allow the farmer to use. It has a 3 bedroom house on the property is a really good school district so would be great for a farming family.
