Our property is located in New Paltz on the scenic byway (Route 299) West of the Walkill River and across the street from Mohonk Preserve. The front field is approximately 20 acres and has not been farmed for many years. However, it has been mowed and maintained for the past 11 years since my wife and I bought the property. There is a pond located adjacent to the front field. We live on the back field of the property.
