Senter Honey Bee farm and homestead is located in beautiful Sullivan County.  We currently operate a small homestead on one side of the road and have two open fields available on the other. Our infrastructure includes 3 wells with water access on both sides of the street and various buildings available for use. We currently house chickens, ducks, milking goats, donkeys and a pony. We plant garlic, beans, summer squash and tomatoes.  We have a few dozen honey bee hives as well.       

Farm history / past uses of the property:

One side was a hotel built in the 1940 other side was a chicken farm many years ago. We have been operating a small homestead farm for the last 10 years

Fencing description:

Our goats, chickens and equine  all have fenced areas our garden is fenced with deer fencing as well out apairies are surounded with electric fencing

We have 3 wells on the propert and lines to the garden and barns as well.

We have 2 small chicken coops, two small barns. greenhouse,  two garages, a hay storage container and a few sheds on the property 

Farmer housing description:

We have a 2 bedroom house available 2 miles from the propery

I am looking to work with someone to run my homestead and also have a lot of area that is underutilized that I would be happy to allow someone who is working with me farm. 

Preferences and restrictions on agricultural activities:

We are part of the ag district and do not have many restrictions however I would prefer not to have cows
