Wooded, has been hunting land most recently. Goats and pigs would be fine if managed well.  There are some naturally growing herbs, apples, and berries. To clear and plant you'd have to add lime to increase the PH we believe, but we are willing to give you a long term lease to make the work worth your while.
 

Farm history / past uses of the property:

Livestock has been on the land in the past; applies and fruit orchard would also do well on the  property.  There is at least one dug old surface well plus a lake on the property.

Neighbors will not be an issue.

There are no open fields on the property - you would have to make them.  We've been told that it would be good for pigs and goats.

negotiable, we'll be reasonable.  our goal it for the taxes to be paid.  if we go into a partnership and have to lay out capital, then we'll expect more of a return.  If you lay out all the money and time, then obviously we will not expect much.
