We are working on a very interesting luxury residence with a vegetable & fruit gardens area designed into the plan.  We’re looking to partner with a local farmer to advise on and maintain the production gardens ongoing.  The concept is a free lease, for all produce grown to be sold by the farmer via CSA, farmers market, etc. and the benefit to the owner being enjoyment of the gardens as well as limited produce (such as a box a week or similar).  We're hoping to find either an established farmer looking for additional acreage or a new farmer starting on a smaller plot.  The property is located in Milan, not far from Red Hook & Rhinebeck villages and has good access to the location planned for the agricultural area.  We can consider assisting with the development of the gardens.  Please contact us to discuss; thank you!
