Property totals about 4.6 acres that are half wooded and half early successional fields. Fields could be a great spot for a beekeeper as there is a lot of wild plants such as goldenrod and honey suckle. Also 6 twisted apple trees that are in various spots throughout the fields. They are un-pruned, but are thick and producing. The early successional plants could also be great for someone who has a few goats. Fields are brush hogged once a year in the fall to maintain some open spots and pathways. Landowner lives on property full time.

Will be looking for a farmer who uses regenerative and sustainable farming practices. Bees, vegetables, and flowers would be ideal. Open to a few goats or chickens (eggs/fertilizer use), but not looking for that to be the primary operation. No outbuildings are present for livestock housing so mobile/portable shelters would have to be installed or brought by the farmers.
