The total acreage of the property is around 20 acres. Currently looking to do a starter lease on the 4 acre fenced field with water access. This was used to graze sheep up until this year. The property is best suited for livestock, but could be open to other ideas.

While for now we are just looking to lease one field, we have two other fields (for a total of 12 acres), extensive barns and housing.  If we found the right fit we would be open to offering all of the above for farm use and ideally a caretaker position as well
