Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):
The farm is a working dairy farm with 64 milking cow stalls, 20 dry cow stalls and heifer facility. More acreage is available with the farm upon request.

The house is a 1890 farm house with 2916 sq feet, 5 bedrooms and a slate roof. A large kitchen hosts built in cabinets, island to eat, and room for a dining table. The kitchen has a beautiful potbellied stove to warm your feet on cold days. A formal dining room hosts the original hardwood floors and large bay window. The living room is a large room with tall windows and 9 foot ceilings and exposed staircase. It holds a cedar closet and original hardwood floors. The first floor bathroom has been recently remodeled with new toilet, sink and bathtub/shower. A first floor room can be used as an office or a bedroom. Livestock/crops description :
This farm is ideal for small animals such as horse sheep, goats, pigs or llama/alpacas. The pasture land surrounds the farm buildings and the concrete pads make it easy for animals to be outside but not in mud. The barn is accessed from gound level to install box stalls or a pack for animals during the winter.
The soil is fertile and can can easily grow most crops, currently it has been used for hay production and corn. It is located in an area to easily have a farm market next to the road or just minutes from the local town.
