Kat's immediate goal is to find a large piece of property to lease in the northern part of the Hudson Valley (near Albany) for her herd of horses and angora goats. She runs a non-profit sanctuary for retired racehorses and is building her herd of goats for fiber. She is working on developing plans for having an emotional and psychological therapy business with the horses. She also wants to eventually have a community involvement on the farm.
