Description of farming status, plans, and practices:
I have a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, providing dairy for my family for the past five years. I’ve had a successful goat milk soap business for four years, marketing online and at local farmers markets. Now that my family is gone, I need to become a licensed dairy in order to keep my goats. I have conceptual plans for a farm store.

Description of buildings required:
I need separate housing for bucks and does. I also wish to have egg laying and meat chickens, as well as muscovies. I need to live on the premises and require a building or part thereof which can serve as a farm store.

Water required in both buck and doe housing areas.
