My husband of 33 years operate a Senior equine boarding facility for  Senior/ retired horses. We have been leasing a farm in Delaware County for over ten years running a Senior boarding barn. Our present landowner who has been renting to us is currently putting the farm up for sale so we'd like to find another farm to manage. We are looking for long term of at least 3 to 5 years. We are clean neat people with great referances with some family pets and several horses. We have exstensive knowledge of horse and thier care.
