We are currently leasing a farm in Montgomery county and are in search of a larger farm. We would like to continue to grow our certified organic grass fed jersey herd. Our ideal property would have a house (in good living condition), dairy barn, 50+ acres and some equipment.
Our goal is to be an organic grass based diversified farm primarily dairy with an additional focus on retail sales and processing and bottling a percentage of the milk produced on a farm.
We have milking equipment, processing equipment and some farming equipment.
Description of marketing method:
As we continue to grow, we'd like to begin to look into farmers markets, have a road side stand/market. We will rely on social media for most of our marketing.

Dan is a 5th generation dairy farmer. We started our own farm in 2012. We have a herd of certified organic grass fed jerseys that we continue to grow. Dan works full time on our farm and Anne has off farm income. Our goal is to be an organic grass based diversified farm primarily dairy and beef with an additional focus on retail sales and processing and bottling a percentage of the milk produced on a farm.
