Description of farming status, plans, and practices:

currently not farming however we have a biodynamic vision of multi crop rotation with vegetables fruits mushrooms grains. I'm an oven builder and baker and I would love to grow my own grain, milled and baked on site. I have experience cultivating shiitake mushrooms on logs.  Also experience on large scale CSA farms in the Hudson Valley.

Experience description:

I have lived and worked on various farms for the last 10+ years.  Experience with biodynamic preps and applications. I've taught oven building workshops around the world.  5 years experience with mushroom cultivation.  I currently bake sourdough bread at an organic farm in New Paltz.
